Personal data we process

If you contact us by email, we process your name, email address, any other contact information you provide, and the contents of your correspondence. When you visit this website, our hosting provider may process technical connection information, including IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps, in server logs for website delivery, security and troubleshooting.

Why we process data

We use correspondence to respond to enquiries, discuss potential assignments and maintain professional relationships. Depending on the context, the legal basis is our legitimate interest in conducting professional communications (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Technical website data may be processed on the basis of legitimate interests in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f)).

These providers may process personal data to deliver their services. Processing locations and any international transfers are subject to the providers’ applicable contractual and data-protection arrangements.

How long we retain data

We keep professional correspondence only for as long as necessary for the relevant enquiry or professional relationship and to meet applicable legal obligations. Website server-log retention is determined by the hosting service and its configuration; we have requested confirmation of the precise retention arrangements from Infomaniak and will update this notice if necessary.

Links to external websites, including LinkedIn, are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices. Technical cookies or logging introduced by the hosting environment, if any, will be assessed against the deployed configuration.
